How to Report Outages

If you experience an outage, call 1-866-438-2642 to report it. Our Call Center is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week. This is the fastest and best method for us to be notified of your outage and dispatch crews to restore power. Outages can also be reported to our Customer Service Department at 662-895-2151 during office hours of 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
Do NOT report your outage on Social Media or email. Social media and emails are NOT monitored for outages. In the event of a widespread outage, social media will be used to communicate restoration progress.
