One number during office hours, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm,
as well as after hours, weekends or holidays, any time, 24/7.
We will need to know the physical address (actual street address) of the outage and the name the bill is in. It would also be helpful to have your account number available, if possible.
During a major power outage, please keep calling every hour until you get through.
Please do not email outage notifications or report them by social media. Call the phone number provided above.
