We will need to know the physical address (actual street address) of the outage and the name the bill is in. It would also be helpful to have your account number available, if possible.
During a major power outage, please keep calling every hour until you get through.
Please do not email outage notifications or report them by social media. Call at the numbers provided above.
Our Call Center is monitored 24/7 for outages and emergencies. We do not monitor social media or emails for outages. Notifying Northcentral Electric, by either of the above phone numbers is the fastest way for us to be alerted of your outage and respond accordingly.
